Recipes For My Bulk Seasonings

Bad, bad weather today...so we'll do another indoor project.
A few months ago I organized all our family's favorite recipes into one recipe book.
I also have recipes from a company I buy bulk seasonings from.
Each bulk seasoning comes with several recipes and every time I go to find one I have to sort through all of these...
BEFORE...

THE TOOLS
THE PROCEDURE
I sorted all of them into their individual seasoning.
I chucked quite a few I've never made and never will.
I also found a few treasures amongst the recipes...

The little white thing is a stale marshmallow.
The 5 year old was thrilled to see the chopsticks--she loves eating with chopsticks.
It's any body's guess how many years old that candy cane is.
Once I sorted all the recipes I organized them into this binder with a section for each seasoning and its recipes.
AFTER...

D gives some suggestions on filing Choice recipes--copy them on 3x5 index cards and file them in an attractive box. This enables fast finding, simplifies meal planning, and by following this method a recipe is seldom misplaced. (Manila envelopes arranged in sequence also provide an orderly way to keep recipes).

I prefer filling them in an attractive binder :)
If you were wondering, the homemade fries yesterday turned out amazing!
Everyone but the 8 year old loved them!
(It's nothing short of a miracle when ALL the kids like a meal at our house.)
Here's the recipe if you're interested:

8-10 small/med red potatoes sliced into skinny wedges
(you could probably use any kind of potatoes)

Mix:
1 1/2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
A couple of dashes of Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese

Toss sliced potatoes in mixture.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
Turn potatoes
Bake another 10-20 minutes depending upon how crisp you want them
(you may want to turn the oven up to 425)

We ate them with homemade FRY SAUCE (the next best thing to Ranch Dressing)!
